Commission Terms

  • I reserve the right to terminate our business relationship at any time and for any reason.

  • As a commissioner; you may terminate our business relationship at any time, up until any payment's are made. At which you'll be refunded 80% of the total transaction to cover time and transaction costs.

  • I reserve the right to reject, or ask for modifications on commissions based on the content or context provided.

Content and Context

Banned Content

  • Any and All Illegal content.

  • Non-Consensual content.

  • Any and All context based on explicit and targeted hatred of any persons/people/belief's.

  • General r34 that have not been adapted to be original characters.

Context Dependent

  • Specific r34. (Please Ask)

  • Specific fetish content and its relationship to its communities.

  • Specific themes and fetishes that do not best represent my brand of work.

Payment and Workflow

Payment & Refunds

All payments are made through PayPal. Either through direct transfer or through Invoicing.

All payments are made after the preliminary sketch is confirmed.Refunds are made at 80% of commission costs.
to cover work and transaction costs.

Work Flow

  • Consultation and Preliminary Sketch.

  • Payment. required

  • Work updates, Questions + Sharing Ideas, and bulk of general work.

  • Completion and Stamping.

  • Completed work delivered.

Rights and Distributions

For my part, I reserve the right to post/share any and all artwork I create, anywhere I wish at my own digression.For the part of the commissioner, you may post/share art you have paid for anywhere you with at your own digression.You do not need to attribute credit, nor do you need to associate with me, beyond the completion of work.
(credit is appreciated)The artwork you have purchased belongs to you, do as you wish with it.
This includes the trade and/or resale of characters which you have the rights too.
